| Ok i have now sourced a location for us all to meet at on the other side, so whther your coming by train or ferry this is ferry easy to locate, it is a cash and carry, there is a petrol station there but im not sure what else will be open at such an early hour of the morning. hopefully we will all arrive there for around 5-half 5 in the morning so we will aim to leave here for 6am which should get us to the show in good time (around 8AM) i am trying to sort out car washing facilities for us as last year there was none! lol obviously is you use google maps you will see this is just down the road from both the tunnel and the port, and is on route. | |

| hiya guys, sorry iv been busy working on my van for the last few weeks so havent been keeping this up to date!! hoping to see a good turnout from you guys! can you get a list of some sort up so i can get an idea of numbers also heres a little copy paste about ferry times etc from another thread about this show , lets see how many people i ca nconfuse in one night booking details Outward journey route Dover - Calais latest check-in Sun 28 Mar 2010 00:50 sailing time Sun 28 Mar 2010 02:20 arrival time Sun 28 Mar 2010 04:50 options None Return journey route Calais - Dover latest check-in Sun 28 Mar 2010 21:50 sailing time Sun 28 Mar 2010 22:20 arrival time Sun 28 Mar 2010 22:50 options None Passengers adults (16+) 1 children 0 infants 0 Vehicle vehicle Car up to 1.8m high towing None total price: £25.00 Important Information Our ferries to Calais depart from Dover Eastern Docks. Vehicles should follow the "with tickets" signs through passport control and present your reference number at the check-in booth. Foot passengers must check-in within the main Travel Centre building. Latest check-in time is 30 minutes before departure (45 minutes for footpassengers, 1 hour if travelling with pets) and we will endeavour to load you as quickly as possible. Iv put in bold the important bit ok heres the deal then, i rang P&O to query this as the booking times above show latest checking in times to be an hour and half before departure. the problem is 2:20 does not exist on the 28/03 because at 2am the clocks jump forward to 3am! lol (getting confused yet!) so after a conversation with the woman, in real time our ferry actually leaves at 3:20 but in current time it leaves at 2:20 the latest we can check in is 1:50am which is half hour before the 2:20 departure which is actually 3:20 so we will arrive at 6am!! which is perfect as the show is 2 hours away! what she thinks has happened is the computer has f***ed the times up some how, i said "FFS love, i gotta 30 or so cars booked onto this" lol. So anyway your more than welcome to give P&O a ring yourself to confirm all this, but out latest checking in time will be 1:50 | |

| and to add on,
we will be arriving at dover about 1ish, depending on how fast we roll, so make sure to leave yourselves plenty of time!! | |
