Heaven on Wheels 9 - March 25th 2012 - booking thread - Train details in First Post

Right, time to try and sort this out early then! Seems that a few of us are up for this, and I've found the same apartment where we stayed last year which I think we were all pretty happy with.

The 6 person 'penthouse' is 22.50 euros
The 4 person room is 21.50 euros
There's also a 2 person room which is 27.50 euros.

In all honesty it doesn't matter which room your in, as last year we all had pre drinks in the biggest apartment went out for drinks, and slept there.

Now before I book can I get a list of people who will definietly be there.....

As for the channel crossing, although people might prefer the ferry for lolz, it is easier, quicker and much more practical for low cars to use the train. I've priced it up and it's £58 for a return, leaving on the 24th between 12-2pm and retruning on the 25th between 6-8pm? Does this sound okay to everyone?

Train times that you need to book are Folkstone to Calais at 12-13.59 on Saturday 24th and returning between 20.00-21.59 on Sunday 25th!

If azza makes it he needs to be on ground floor! I'll 100% be there in some way shape or form. Hopefully with Fred if he's still cool with it if not i'll bring the next focus.

Mind u if hero is coming - it screams 4 in a car road trip!

also as said for those who live all the way up the country wales or further you are happy happy to crash at mine the night before as i only live 1 hour/40minutes from dover.

how much per person shall i send across?

For the first 10 if you can just send across £21 per person, I think that should cover paypal costs and the conversion rates, and also everyone one in the first 2 room will pay the same then.
