TRAX 2012 - South Wales Convoy

Seeing now as it's less than 3 weeks away I thought we should start this thread up,

I know a bunch of guys last year drove up on the Saturday and stayed overnight in MK. Anyone doing that this year or is everyone up for driving there early Sunday morning ?

I say early because as you know TRAX is a static show and everyone needs to be on the stand for around 9:00 - but as always there are those massive queues so it's best to get there early as possible !

Last year everyone met up at at Total petrol station close to Silverstone for around 7.45 to leave at 8.00, I think Will got the tickets so it's up to him to decide where to meet. If it's the same petrol station then the postcode is NN12 6HN.

If we were to drive up Sunday morning I think it's going to have to be a 4.30am meet ( FML) at Cardiff Gate Services ( usual place ) M4 J30, postcode: CF23 8RA.

Zack we're going up saturday afternoon, and staying in the holiday inn express milton keynes. I could only get 3 rooms at discount so theres 6-7 of us booked in there. You could look into pricing up a room? i think alex may be after a room, but i cant get anymore discount im afraid.

Well a room is £50 there so if 2 or 3 people wanna split the cost hit me up !

mostly likely route will be m4 to bristol then up m50 could meets us at first services on m50 if oyu like can never remember the name of it !

1st Meeting point: Cardiff Gate Business Park (CF23 8RA): 4.15 LEAVE: 4.30

2nd Meeting point: Strensham Services (M5, J8): 5.45 LEAVE: 6.00

Arrive at Total garage (NN12 6HN) to meet Will for tickets at approx 7.30 LEAVE 8.00 convoy to TRAX.

We won't be waiting around for straglers as the gates at TRAX close at 9.00and they won't let anyone in.
