mk3 ibiza cupra quick sale needed

Hi, the time has come too sell my pride and joy, a mk3 Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8t 20v (ayp). I’ve had the car for about 18 months now, and have absolutely loved it. I searched for around 6 months before buying the car as im very fussy. The cars is very well looked after and constantly clean as I have an ocd with it being clean! The car always gets warmed up and cooled down after every journey and is fully valeted once a month with out fail. The car gets a lot of attention and comments and won car of the show at Castle Coombe, in april of this year. The car has full service history and has stacks of receipts, the cam belt and water pump where done at 77,386 on the 23-3-11 and MOT’d and serviced on the 21-09-11 (81,764) the car is currently on 84,894 this will go up a little as its my daily. The car is also fitted with a cat 2 immobiliser as I had to get one fitted for the insurance and has a factory alarm. Spec for the car as follows.
Exterior
finished in ovni yellow and was repainted at the beginning of last year, as there very common to fade. At the same time the swage lines where flushed on the front and rear bumpers the bump strips where colour coded and the rear quarter panels smoothed aswel. The roof, mirror caps and wheels are all finished in gloss black. The wheels are Porsche D90’s in 8j all round and have the colour crested metal centre caps (not the cheap plastic ones ) they have 4 very good Continental tyres all round. The car also has upgraded brakes, and upgraded polybushed suspension mounts and is on Weitec Hicon GT coilovers. Also being the Cupra it has the boot spoiler and front fogs. And has LED side light bulbs all round and Seat Hamburg DE plate surround and has pressed plates front and rear. Under the bonnet the car has power steering , BMC CDA induction kit with yellow connecting pipe, twin piston dump valve, polished inlet manifold, colour coded engine cover Audi R8 oil filler cap and oil catch can, also a Momo strut brace and Blue Flame cat back exhaust system.
Interior
The car has the half leather front and rear seats and head rests all round, custom floor mats with yellow borders and embroided Cupra badge. The car comes with A/C , trip computer, adjustable steering rake, leather steering wheel, white Cupra gauges, after market boost gauge, traction control, electric mirrors, heated mirrors electric windows, remote central locking, 6 disc CD changer, 6k HID kit, Cupra tax disc holder, and 2 keys. The air bag light is on due to having an aftermarket wheel fitted, and there is slight wear too the drivers seat bolster.
