For sale is my One of a kind 80cc Stage6 replicia mini moto quadard. This is a complete one off project and as far as i no the only one of its kind.

Its been built from the ground up from a mini moto quad frame which has been lowered and strengthend for the new engine. The suspension has been removed and replaced with high strength bars.

It has a custom built in rear axle from a 100cc off road quad with a added Brembo disc brake conversion. Bigger rear sprocket, heavy duity chain.

The frame was powdercoated in gloss orange, handlebars, front sub frame, engine bracket powdercoated gloss black. (Stage6 colours)

It was then re built with all new bearings, new steering coloum, new track rods wheel arms handlebar stem etc. Only been used twice since the re build.

Spec is:
• Moto morini (Ktm) 50cc fully auto engine with a aluminium 80cc big bore kit.
• New crank and main bearings
• Moto morini clutch with stiffer clutch springs (spare clutch shoes included)
• Dellorto 21mm Race Carb (pre mix)
• Brembo rear disc brake conversion (hydrilic)
• Domino Quick action throttle with clarke orange cable
• Polini high flow open air filter
• Stage6 rev guage/ Temp guage
• Pro Grip orange/ black grips
• Stage6 CNC adjustable brake lever
• STR8 pull off kill switch
• Ktm 50 exhaust re welded to fit the frame
• Matt black panel set
• Mini moto slick rear wheels

Makes around 10 – 11 bhp on a dyno. Its fully built and running perfect i just dont use it enough to warrent the amount its cost me. Its has been fetured on a number of different online websites and i have hundreds of photos from the build which i will put on a disc for the buyer.
