Well it's time to sell up my 1989 205 GTi 1.9 ..
I've owned the car for 2 and half years, and it's been the biggest pleasure ever!
I bought the car as a project when i was 15, and have restored the car too it's former glory.
About the car:
The car is a 130bhp model, proven by the chassis and engine number.
The car is completely original inside and out! The only modifications made are a Magnex full stainless exhaust with 4-2-1 manifold(not proven to be magnex but sounds nice, not overly loud) and some JBL uprated door speakers.
The car has a HUGE amount of service history and i even have the original Order form for the car.
Heres the important stuff:
Car is Currently SORN due to the new law
MOT has expired, But will MOT prior to sale.
Mileage: 122,000
Good Points: Soo much service history, reasonable mileage and a really good runner, Clean interior, No missing parts ect
Bad Points: Drivers seat worn and stitching come apart (pictures available), Slight rust bubble under rear window (not to bad, again pictures available)
Only selling due to moving on, and feel it needs a new home where it'll be treated the way i have treated it.
The car has been washed everyweek and detailed every 6 months and dry stored throughout the winter
I have some small spares for the car including the original air filter housing and will be included in the sale if the price is right.
