106 Dashboard

To-do the conversion into my Saxo as I dispise Saxo dashboards with a pashion and the 106 dash looks alot neater imo.
Anybody got one going spare? Preferably wanted cheaply and inc P&P

you'l need everything mind will, heater pipes, maybe dash loom depend it you wanna mess about with changing the odd plug. the speedos are the same though

im not totally sure on the heater matrix as the heater controls on the dash go straight into it on both dashs

Speak to him dude, mines a MK1 dash so with glovebox rather than air bag i'd need all his bits and he'd need all mine aswell, tell him about Jamo's comment regarding parts and could either straight swap as mines pretty mint, just dont like it haha or i guess part ex if he's willing to deliver?

ok, il text him now, hes got a phase 2 and im sure he may be interested in coming up and doing a straight swap, and i cant see the lack of air bag being a problem as his will be more showy than anything, il get back to you

cool as, wel it shouldnt be too hard, both cars side by side and swap everything over! will remember my grinder and hammer too...

you will also get a sneaky peak of my demo car as this is what car im using

should fit no bother, my mate did the conversion in his saxo. but you will need to swap A piller covers, wing mirror covers and maybe doorcards for it to look right. imo i prefer the saxo dash

should'nt have to swap doorcards, might have todo pillar trims.
imo the 106dash is alot nicer and simpler

you defos have to change the pillars and wind mirror covers or else there is massive gaps. the door card you dont have to, but they look weird, coz stick out abit and flow into the standard dash if you no what i mean?

Will, get a 307 Dash in there like Johnny did with his 106 = FTW.

ahhhh i thought about runnin a 106 dash . . . i was gunna straight swap one with my mate, door cards too but i cant be ass'd lol.

thats what you wanna do though find somemone who's doing up a 106 and get a straight swap

just alot more simple, as much as i love my dash atm, mums got a 106 and can't help but think about stealing it

Your dash has bumps on it paul, if you feel it.

You can smooth it by sanding this down, so it's like you newly painted centre console. Go hop along and feel the difference. So I winked at Will and said smooth it before you put it in as well lol

Leather is also nice, as Will seems to prefer to re-trim the dash with leather instead by the sounds of it

Either way, I should be able to wipe my ass on it with no friction burn haha
