cheers for the welcomes i would of come to the meet yesterday but i was busy working on my car building the motor up ready for it to go back in its home its been out 8 months haha,

quick pic
the day i got it

this pic is the same day robbed my wheels and weitec coilovers off my old car i wrote off, i had to buy another as i have unfinished buisness with the cupra,

pic of the old boy 3 weeks after buying new wheels and coilovers

eventually i got the red one like this

by that point i had fitted a garret gt28rs and had it mapped new injectors, manifold, 3" downpipe etc and got it to around 300-310 hp so not bad as it was on a low boost map as i was still on a standard clutch/engine.

then on the way home from where these pics were taken castle combe this happened
valve dropped totalling my engine and needing a new one.

then rebuild number 2 happened that lasted a year then blew the turbo xmas day lol had the car like this pretty much the same but had a forged bottom end and a gt30 oh and a real carbon bonnet+badge and a few other mods

new plans are fully underway and hopefully will be done so i can get to ultimate street car and get it under 13 seconds current best is 13.4@108 so not far really.

the car desperately wants to be a jap car im sure as all the things i have bought for it are jap orientated and looking at the clio on the front page the bastard stole all my ideas and bought all the same stuff and mods to it haha

This does look spot on for a performance based car mate, I love them wheels! Very impressive power outputs too when it's working Laughing Looking forwrad to seeing the new plans come together and if you wanr more inspiration from Jamo's Clio check out his thread in the Cleaned rides section or check out this month's fast car front cover Wink

Also, make sure to start a thread in the rides section and keep us up to date Very Happy

it does go well new plans that are in place and all parts sitting in my room waiting to go on are:

smothed and painted bay, it has been done and painted awaiting the motor to be chucked in so i can paint all the body tidy (this is in work not my room lol)
rota grid drift 8x16 et10 has yoko a048 track tyres fitted but will be swapping them out soon for some 195 45s or 40s dont want to much stretch as it gets abused more than pampered haha
bride zeta fixed bucket seats
trs 4 point harnesses in green and matching tow strap
stud/nut conversion with annodised blue nuts.
flocked dash and pillars
omp drift steering wheel in suade

will get a thread up soon just trying to get a bit of history and my pics in order as my pics are all over the place.
