EURO MK2 VR6 NEW PAINT JOB & ENGINE BUILD

Here for sale is my 1991 mk2 golf vr6 (unfinished project) its still taxed and m.o.t. I really don't want to sell it but losing my job means I can't afford to carry on. In total I've spent £7000 including buying the car here is a list what has been done over the last few months.

Engine:

New valves
Valve seals
Head skimmed and pressure tested
Water pump
Oil pump
Both chains
New chain guides
New tensioners
Ht leads
Dizzy cap
Clutch and release bearing
New head gasket
New head bolts
6 branch manifold (heat wrapped)
b and m short shift
new radiator (carrado vr6)


Body/exterior/interior

Full respray (alpine white) 3weeks ago!
Brand new Schmidts modern line wheels and tyres 15x8 (not even gone on the road yet)(£1000worth!)
Kw coilovers height and damping adjustable
Front and rear disc and pads EBC (brand new)
X2 rear wheel bearings (brand new)
X2 new lower arms (brand new)
Solid front engine mount
Crystal front head lights (brand new)
Crystal front indicators (brand new)
Crystal front fog lights (brand new)
New front grill (brand new)


Here is a list what needs to be done so it is finished:

Front window £100
Coolant hoses £382 (priced for Samco Camo hoses)
Rotary arm £10
Full set of arches and side skirts £ 340 (from VW all clips and fittings)
Fans £60


I really don't want to sell her but if the money is right then I will, the interior is mint bar 2 small holes in drivers seat bolster, no rust anywhere! All in all it basically a brand new mk2 golf. It's a 1.8 8v on the log book but I would advise that to be changed by new buyer because the amount of money that has been spent. I do have all receipts for the rebuild and parts that I have put on the car also I have pictures of the rebuild and paint job. I have some service history and other receipts from previous owners. The car was used as a daily before she came off the road for the whole new build, as said not alot needed to finish her, she was cleaned, polished & given the whole she-bang twice a week, the sound of the engine just tips the iceburg, also powerflow backbox, stainless 6branch manifold heat wrapped (as stated), smoothed off rear with no vw badge, rear wiper & washer, also has a storm single wiper kit, which isnt fitted as it was going to only be used for shows, so at the mo no wiper on the front, the holes are still there they just have bungs in them, the car is running 190/200bhp, i believe there is a RR printout to show this, lots of reciepts, will p/x or take offers, car needs a new home soon as should get finished before the winter season & ready to hit the 2010 show season.

Dude sell your black one to finish this!

Its not mine, its my best mates, ive helped do this with him & seen how far this car has come, if theres no interest i believe the build will continue & my mate will finish it then see if theres any interest.
